How to Test Your Remote Control
If you are ordering a new remote because the remote your remote is defective, you may want to test your remote. It is a simple process, and if you <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLx4zBKTSiM">Click HERE</a> you can watch a 30 Second video on how to do this. All you need is a digital camera, or camera phone and 30 seconds. Sometimes the remote is not the problem, it can be that the item you are trying to control is defective.
Our Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 2 full Postal days from the time of your completed order. All remotes are packaged in protective bubble mailers and 100% insured. Should you receive a damaged remote, simply return it for a replacement or refund.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the remote you purchased from us, we ask that you first test the remote as outlined above, and then send us an email with the model # of the unit you are trying to control. We will double check the compatability so we do not ship the same remote for replacement, which might be the wrong remote control. After these steps, if the remote you have is not suitable for your needs, please send it back. Instructions for returning are on the packing slip we sent with your remote control. For remotes that we test and find defective, we refund the full purchase price + shipping. For remotes that are returned for any other reason we gladly refund the purchase price only.
